Bryan Lee – Senior Associate
I began my career directly counseling people in need.
Today I think I’m continuing that tradition
of service but at a broader level through a project
I’m conducting for the New Jersey State Employment
and Training Center. I’m examining Camden County’s
Welfare to Work Program with an eye to helping the
county improve its one-stop system of services to
the people of Camden. I know a lot about helping.
Basically my whole working life has been involved
in serving the needs of others - something I feel
privileged to do because it allows me to give back
to the people who have helped me so much throughout
my life. Even with more than 20 years of service in
the field, I still believe my greatest accomplishments
are yet to come because of my association with JANUS
Solutions. JANUS has enabled me to have more access
and greater influence with a broader range of decision
makers willing to work together for positive change.
As an example, JANUS allows me to offer the state
options and strategies for the development of better,
more effective policies and procedures as they apply
to children and agencies. It’s hard work because
people like the status quo. My wife taught me about
resolve through her years in the military, and I’m
resolved to have a positive impact on the people we
serve.
