Hands-On
Implementation
Providing hands-on implementation and
start-up services is a hallmark of the JANUS Solutions
team.
While unique to each situation, implementation and
start-up services may include:
- Human resource management
including placing advertisements, interviewing candidates
and working with management or Boards of Trustees
in drafting employee benefits package, developing
job descriptions, designing staff orientations and
trainings;
- Facilities management including securing appropriate
office space and fully equipping the office to conduct
business;
- Developing policies and procedures manuals specifying
protocol and standards of excellence for staff;
- Working with the Board of Trustees, management
and staff to establish key relationships with stakeholders
and partners integral to successful implementation;
- Developing and utilizing a quality improvement
system to achieve and maintain high quality performance;
- Preparing and implementing orientation and on-going
training for Board, staff, and partners; and,
- Preparing monthly progress reports of activities
for management and Board of Trustees to review.
