Michelle Rupe – Vice President
As a member of the JANUS Solutions Executive Management
team, I partner with representatives of human service
organizations to develop and implement leadership
and management strategies to improve outcomes for
children and families. I have more than 20 years of
leadership and management experience in child welfare
and children’s mental health reform. While in
the mid-west, I helped to implement a child welfare
privatization initiative that promoted performance-based
contracting. Since moving to New Jersey in 2003, I’ve
assisted a number of Care Management Organizations (CMO's)
implement state-of-the-art, community-based children’s
behavioral health services. JANUS Solutions works
with leaders and managers of human service organizations
who are passionately committed to their missions.
As a team of professionals who deeply care about what
happens to children and families, I believe that we
are uniquely positioned to promote meaningful reform
in New Jersey.
