Situation
Recognizing that there were opportunities to improve
the way welfare and workforce services are delivered
and improve desired outcomes, JANUS Solutions was
engaged by a county government agency to help transform
the provision of these services.
The JANUS Solution
We’ve helped craft change strategies to transform
a traditional welfare, training and vendor-driven
system into one that focuses on client need and desired
outcomes. Throughout this project, the JANUS Solutions
staff has provided operational assistance and leadership
support to drive effectiveness, efficiency
and customer satisfaction at all levels of service
delivery.
